Замечательная атмосфера, прекрасное обслуживание и вкуснейшая еда. Я в восторге от посещения ресторана Torro Grill. Обязательно вернусь снова!

Amazing western grill. Food was very good, and tasty, presentation and atmosphere was beautiful. We had good mixed seafood platter and ribeye state. Great staff and very friendly too.

Quite crowded place and popular for lunchtime, not very welcome staff 😒 (need to wait near the door until they will notice you and the same with orders). Also, the way of serving food and drinks is more from soviet time, so definitely not a restaurant level

One of the worst experiences in my life. What happened is really hilarious I ordered a steak and I requested it to be well-done. The waiter told me that they prefer it to be medium well. I told her that I don’t eat red meat, only brown… so can you make it well-done or I order something else? She said it will be well-done! After one hour of waiting, she brought it medium-well!!! I asked why? She said that the chef said it should be medium well, and I don’t understand how to eat… yes, with this rude answer… I said why you didn’t refuse to make it from the beginning?!! They asked me to pay for it even I will not eat it. I paid and I left… I waited one hour and I didn’t have my lunch.. it’s a terrible management… they will enforce you to eat what they like, not what you like!!

If you are for looking for a steak house in Moscow, this is the right place! Delicious steaks, ribs and hamburgers from the grill. This Torro Grill in particular (there are more than 10 restaurants in Moscow) is in a very nice area with a lot of restaurants, commerce, etc. Great area to visit. The restaurant's atmosfere is great, you can see all the gigantic grills where your food is being prepared.

Have been here many times since 2011, still a great place to eat in with friendly service and reasonable prices. A part of restaurant chain. Highly recommended. Update. October, 2020. Even during these unprecedented Covid times this restaurant remains a nice place to spend some time in. Friendly staff. Cards are accepted.

Very nice place for having a glass of wine and tasty eating, the desserts are marvelous

Excellent as always. Nice atmosphere, great food, from starters to mains to desserts. Our waitress was not particularly professional but friendly and polite all the same. Lunch time is crowded, there is always a queue and you can't book in advance, but you get fantastic value for your money

Came here twice during our stay in Moscow. Wonderfull restaurant with high quality of meat and food. Dont forget to book a table otherwise you have to wait 30-60 min or more depending at the time you arrive.

Perfect location, nice atmosphere, ok portions. Usually full, posh look-at-me customers. It used to be a high quality place, perfect helpful staff. Lately service outside in the terrace is becoming worse, slow and rough. We had last time the Ribay steak, too greasy and we both felt badly and kind of nausea later.

It used to be a great place, unfortunately no more. Our experienced were ruined from the first moment until the end. The hostess was unprofessional and very mean, I'm not even talking about that Hostess suppose to stand up when the guests come in. They were very lazy and were seating (3 girls) on one high chair and were great guests without any smile. When I came to Hostess to ask about the different table, one of the girls just gave me look and asked in a ”very polite way”: ”What?” I was completely disappointed, seems like I should tell her after that ”I’m sorry my queen to bothering you!” It was the beginning of the night. Next step was our experience at the table. The server approached the table without introducing her self, she asked right the way if we were ready to order. When we started to asked questions regarding menu, she was looking somewhere else but not at us and was explained the dish in a lazy. Where is the eye contact? At least pretend that you like your job, she looks like we were wisting her time. The epic situation was when we asked about how the dish prepare, she turned to the kitchen station, where they give the orders, took someone else dish, and present to us how it will be served. Seriously??? You can't describe grilles shrimps with lemon on the side??? I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. It means that the server doesn't know the menu, doesn't know the ingredients, what about the guests with allergies, and not able to describe the food. When we order a bottle of wine, she presented the bottle and told that she is going to open the bottle ”over there because it's easier to open it”, again ”What???” you not able to open the bottle of wine infront of the guests because you don't know how to do it? What about service steps? Did she even know about it? Unbelievable. So she placed the bottle on the countertop and tried to open the bottle, then her college started to help her, they broke to a wine cork, but at the end, they opened this bottle. food was so-so, staff was rude. the fries and mashed potatoes were not real potatoes and taste so bad that we couldn't finish them.

More than recommended! I was welcomed by 2 girls of the staff, very kindly they proposed me or to sit at the desk or to wait about 10/15 minutes for a table. I decided to wait, in less than 10 minutes I got the call that the table was free, and again they welcomed me with a full smile. The place is very nice, good atmosphere, staff is friendly and professional at the same time. I went for a steak, and I have to say that the quality was very good, more than I expected. The choices on the menù are many, together with a good selection of wines and beers. Price in line with the quality, definitely fair for a good meal.

So great restaurant for the following reasons : - great atmosphere (new york style), not over loud - great food quality (took a long island meat): very well cooked and good proportion - nice choice of Wines - prices are ok as per the food quality - staff very professional and available So for me, it s a 5* Conclusion : I will come back

One of my go to places for great steaks and good wine. A big plus of this place is that it's open 24 hours and the menu is always the same. This makes it ideal for some real food after a night out. Quite often there is a line to get a table, but the service is fast and they are very kind offering you often a glass of wine while you're waiting. Hamburgers are huge and very tasty as well.
