С удовольствие вспоминаешь Новый год 2024! Изначально выбрали другой отель, Но хотели именно в Азимут Смоленская( от 14000₽ ) Спасибо огромное администратору девушке работавшей вечером 31 декабря 2023 за размещение! Номер _ чисто, все есть, Выезд до 12.00 . 1 января)) естественно чуть проспали. С рецепшен позвонили в первом часу, когда уже собрались, очень вежливо. 👌

Остался очень неприя...
Остался очень неприятный осадок после гостиницы. При выселении забыла в номере электронную книгу. Вечером того же дня позвонила в гостиницу, узнать про книгу. На сто процентов уверена, что она осталась в номере. Из номера ее никуда не брала. Понимаю, что сама маша-растеряша. Но после уборки номера горничная ее присвоила себе. Сказали на ресепшене, что ничего не нашли((((( Знай, уборщица, что когда присвоила чужое, больше потеряешь!!! Из других минусов, уже мелких - жадность администраторов. Во всех отелях, даже захудалых, есть стандартный набор для ванны. Здесь только мыло и шампунь. Остальное изволь выпросить. Просили с коллегой бальзам для волос. В итоге принесли что угодно, но не бальзам.

Самый ужасный отель в котором был. Подушки,одеяло,матрац такое ощущение,что с открытия не обновлялось. Полы провалены в номере,воду гооячую ждал минут 15. Не рекомендую для проживания.

Плохо! Стены бумажны...
Плохо! Стены бумажные, номера попались грязные, ремонт в номерах убитый, особенно в части ванной комнате. Спасибо за меню и трубку телефона, измазанные в томатном соусе, кто-то вкусно поел. Отдельный респект рецепшионистам за полный возврат средств, за два часа осмотрел 2 номера, так как в первом было накуренно (там штраф в 15к за это, но видимо предупреждать об этом стали прям сегодня), но было бы круто если бы он не понадобился. Никогда не пишу отзывы, но очень хочу предупредить потенциальных клиентов, что отель ,мягко говоря, не очень.

Был на mims, остановились в этом отеле. Понравилось всё! Ну если очень придираться не до конца дверь в душ закрывалась. Были на клубном этаже 1910 номер. Понравился вид. Чистота . А самое главное включенные завтрак и ужин. Отдельный + кухне. Не часто шампанское на завтрак увидишь!))) Я бы скорее оценил отель на 5 с минусом звезд, чем на 4. Рекомендую однозначно!

Останавливалась на сутки. Очень понравилось, что вошли в положение и предложили раннее заселение. Помогли с багажом. Прекрасный персонал, чистый и светлый номер с чудесным видом, удобное местоположение. Рекомендую!

Жили на клубном этаж...
Жили на клубном этаже. Единственный минус - сверху круглосуточный спортзал. Ооочень слышно, стуки, бабахи всякие, прыжки. И это ночью. В остальном все понравилось. Номер комфортный, удобная кровать, бомбический вид из окна, чайник и чай-кофе (правда ни разу не пили). Приветственное блюдо фруктов и орешки. Бар безалкогольный пополняют каждый день. Уборка каждый день и в этом прям очень щепитильные. Чуть ли не под дверью ждут, когда можно убрать номер будет, до смешного. А потом еще могут позвонить с ресепшена и удостовериться, что действительно убирали. Расположение огонь. Можно пешком смело передвигаться. Завтраки просто восторг: фуршет на любой вкус, на любую диету🙃. Один раз попали на вечерний перекус, который тоже включен в стоимость. Неплохо. Но ужинали в основном где-нибудь в городе (благо только на Арбате куча кафе и ресторанов, есть даже столовая). Думаю, что будем только здесь останавливаться в следующих наездах на столицу))
